【摘要】:ThisclassificationidentifiessourcesofPEfilm.Theseparationbysourcesalsoimprovestheusefulnessofthematerial.Sourcesarepost-consumerPEfilmsfromshrinkwrap,drycleaningfilm,merchandisebags,grocerysacks,stretchwrap,recyclebags,redemptionbags,bubblepackagingfilm,commercial/industrialliners/bags,andcommercialoverwrap.Thisclassificationisintendedforusebythefollowing:4.2.1Persons/organizationswhocollectorseparatefilm,orboth,asfeedstockforrecycling.4.2.2Persons/organizationswhoreprocessfilmintoarawmaterialformoldingandextrusionmaterials.Itisneithertheintentnorthepurposeofthisclassificationtospecifythesuitabilityoftherecycledmaterialforspecificapplications.1.1Thisdocumentprovidesfortheclassificationofpost-consumerpolyethylene(PE)filmderivedfromspecificsources.Italsoidentifiescharacteristicsthattheuserandsuppliercanagreeuponindeterminingtheacceptabilityofthefilmforrecyclingintomoldingandextrusionmaterials.Itisneithertheintentnorthepurposeofthisclassificationtospecifythesuitabilityoftherecycledmaterialforspecificapplications.1.2Thisclassificationprovidesthatthesourceofthematerialbelistedasanaidinidentification.Theseparationbysourcealsoimprovestheusefulnessofthematerial.Sourcesarepost-consumerPEfilmsfromshrinkwrap,drycleaningfilm,merchandisebags,grocerysacks,stretchwrap,recyclebags,redemptionbags,bubblepackagingfilm,andcommercial/industrialliners/bagsandoverwrap.Otherpost-consumerPEfilmsmaybeaddedtothisclassificationwhensuchmaterialstreamsaredefined.1.3Itisnotthefunctionofthisclassificationtoprovidedataforspecificproductdesignorprocess-performancepurposes.1.4Thesuppliershallprovideawrittencertificationwitheachshipmentstatingthatthematerialisderivedfrompost-consumerPEfilmsourcesdescribedwithinthisclassification.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Note18212;TherearenoequivalentISOstandards.
