【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesaninductivelycoupledplasmaopticalemissionspectrometryroutinemethodfortheanalysisofunalloyedandlowalloyedsteels,whoseironcontentshallbeatleast95%.ThismethodisapplicabletotheelementslistedinTable1withintherangesshown.Inallcases,therangesspecifiedcanbeextendedoradapted(aftervalidation)forthedeterminationofothermassfractions,providedthattheironcontentinthesamplesunderconcernisabove95%.Otherelementsmaybeincluded.Howeversuchelementsandtheirmassfractionsshouldbecarefullychecked,takingintoaccountthepossibleinterferences,thesensitivity,theresolutionandthelinearitycriteriaofeachinstrumentandeachwavelength.Dependingalsoonthesensitivityofeachinstrument,suitabledilutionsofthecalibrationandthetestsamplesolutionsmaybenecessary.Moreover,evenifthemethoddescribedis""multielemental"",itisnotabsolutelynecessarytocarryoutthedeterminationofalltheelementsofitsscopesimultaneously:themeasurementconditionshavetobeoptimisedbyeachlaboratory,dependingontheperformancesofeachapparatusavailable.NOTE1Theaccuracyofthemethodisunsatisfactoryforphosphoruscontentsfrom0,05to0,1%.NOTE2Thetruenessofthemethodcouldn'tbecheckedforvanadiumcontentsbelow0,05%.NOTE3Theprecisionofthemethodisunsatisfactoryforaluminium(total)contentsbelow0,02%.

【摘要】:Thecablesreferencedinthistechnicalspecificationareintendedforgenericcablingsystems,havingsolidconductorsandwithapaircountoffourpairsorless.Theirelectricalperformancerequirementsarelaidoutsuchthatamarginof3dBisguaranteedforthechannel,whichapproximatelycorrespondsto10dBper100mofcable,iftheconnectinghardwareandthepatchcordsaretakenintoaccount.Thecablesmaybeprovidedwithoutascreen,withacommonscreenorwithindividualscreensoverthepairs.Thesecablesareintendedforvariousnewcommunicationsystems,whichareunderdevelopment,andwhichmayuseasmanyasfourpairssimultaneously.Inthissense,thepresentspecificationisintendedasaworkingdocumentforsystemdevelopers,toallowtheevaluationofcompletesystemsfromatechnicalandalsofromaneconomicpointofview.Thecablescoveredbythisspecificationareintendedtooperatewiththevoltageandcurrentlevelsnormallyencounteredincommunicationsystems.Thesecablesarenotintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithlowimpedancesources,forexampletheelectricpowersuppliesofpublicutilitymains.Therecommendedtemperaturerangeduringinstallationmaybeindicatedinthedetailspecification.Theoperatingtemperaturerangeisatleast-20℃to+60℃inordertoensurethataconnectedlinkremainsoperationalundernormaltemperaturevariations.(Theoutputandreceiveamplifiersgo,uponpower-up,throughatrainingwhichtakesthelineconditionintoaccountandcompensatesforit.Aftertraining,theamplifiersarelocked,tomaintaintheestablishedparameters.Ifthelineconditionsarechangedbeyondthespecifiedlevel,thenthebiterrorrateofthelinecardexceedsthepermissiblethresholdandthelinkisinterrupted.)
