【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardestablishesadatablocksystemforthedesignationofglassmatreinforcedthermoplasticcompositesheet(GMT).Thetypesofthermoplasticcompositesheetsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,fillers/reinforcementcontentandtype,intendedmethodofprocessingand/ormanufacturing,specificcharacteristicsanddesignatoryproperties.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoglassfibrematreinforcedpolypropylenesheetmaterialsonly.Itappliestomaterialsreadyforcommercialuseintheformofflatsheetorcoil.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:—thermoplasticsheetmouldingmaterialswherethepolymerisotherthanpolypropyleneorpolypropylenealloyorablend;—thereinforcementisotherthanglassfibre.Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,wheneverpossible,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinPart2ofthisEuropeanStandard.WhenevertechnicalpropertiesrequiredinthePart3ofthisstandardneedtobeindicated,thisdatablocksystemisalsothebasisforit.Toensurethatthemeaningsofcodesremainunambiguousandtoavoidconflictswithinthesystem,codesandabbreviationshavebeenco-ordinatedwithintherelevantISOtechnicalsub-committees.
