【摘要】:1.1Thisdocumentspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsfortheconstructionandinstallationofpoweroperatedliftsattachedtocranesandintendedforaccesstoworkplacesoncranes,byauthorisedpersons.Thisincludesintendeduse,erection,dismantling,inspectionandmaintenance.Theliftservesdefinedlandinglevelsandhasaloadcarryingunitwhichis:a)designedforthetransportationofpersonsandgoods;b)guided;c)travellingverticallyoralongapathwithin15degreesmaximumfromthevertical;d)supportedbyrackandpinionorsuspendedbysteelwireropes;e)travellingwithaspeednotmorethan1,0m/sforpermanentliftsandnotmorethan0,4m/sfortemporarylifts.1.2ThisdocumentidentifieshazardsaslistedinClause4whichariseduringthevariousphasesinthelifeofsuchequipmentanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardswhenusedasintendedbythemanufacturer.1.3Thisdocumentdoesnotspecifytheadditionalrequirementsfor:a)operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,strongmagneticfields);b)lightningprotection;c)operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.d)electromagneticcompatibility(emission,immunity);e)handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations;f)theuseofcombustionengines;g)hydraulicdriveunits;h)hazardsoccurringduringmanufacturingprocess;i)hazardsoccurringasaresultofbeingerectedoverapublicroad;j)earthquakes;k)noise(seealsoDirectiveonnoiseemissionsfrommachinesusedoutdoors(2000/14/EC)).1.4Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:a)buildershoistsaccordingtoEN12158-1:2000,EN12158-2:2000andEN12159:2000;b)elevatingcontrolstationsaccordingtoEN14502-2:2005+A1:2008;c)liftsaccordingtoEN81-1:1998;d)workplatformscarriedontheforksofforktrucks;e)workplatforms;f)funiculars;g)liftsspeciallydesignedformilitarypurposes;h)minelifts;i)theatreelevators.1.5Thisstandarddealswiththecompleteliftdesignbutexcludesthedesignofthecrane.Itincludesthebaseframeandbaseenclosurebutexcludesthedesignofanyconcrete,hardcore,timberorotherfoundationarrangement.Itincludesthedesignofmasttiesandthedesignofanchoragepartsbetweenthemasttieandthecranestructure.Thisstandardalsoincludesthedesignofthelandinggatesandtheirfixings.
