【摘要】:Fewstandardsexisttoobjectivelydetermineflaxquality.Shiveisthewoodycoreofthestemandhasanimportanteffectonqualitydetermination.Shivecontentwillvarydependingonthestageofprocessingandcandetermineinwhatproductsthefibercanbeused.Spectroscopicdataprovideanaccurate,preciseandrapiddeterminationoftheamountofshiveinflaxfiber.Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwoormorelaboratories,comparativetestsshouldbeperformedbythoselaboratoriestodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,testsamplesthatareashomogeneousaspossiblearedrawnfromthematerialfromwhichthedisputedtestresultswereobtained,andarerandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Theseresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,apossibilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatfibersampletypemustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Thistestmethodgivesdataonshivecontentofrettedflaxfiberwhichcanbeusedasabasisfor:(1)estimatingthenetamountofmanufacturingfiberobtainablefromrettedflaxfiber;(2)alongwithothermeasurements,predictingthequalityofflaxproducts,particularlytheiraestheticproperties;(3)adjustingprocessingmachineryformaximumefficiencyincleaning;and(4)relatingshivecontenttoend-productqualityandprocessingefficiency.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofshivesinrettedflax.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Fewstandardsexisttoobjectivelydetermineflaxquality.Shiveisthewoodycoreofthestemandhasanimportanteffectonqualitydetermination.Shivecontentwillvarydependingonthestageofprocessingandcandetermineinwhatproductsthefibercanbeused.Spectroscopicdataprovideanaccurate,preciseandrapiddeterminationoftheamountofshiveinflaxfiber.Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwoormorelaboratories,comparativetestsshouldbeperformedbythoselaboratoriestodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,testsamplesthatareashomogeneousaspossiblearedrawnfromthematerialfromwhichthedisputedtestresultswereobtained,andarerandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Theseresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,apossibilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatfibersampletypemustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Thistestmethodgivesdataonshivecontentofrettedflaxfiberwhichcanbeusedasabasisfor:(1)estimatingthenetamountofmanufacturingfiberobtainablefromrettedflaxfiber;(2)alongwithothermeasurements,predictingthequalityofflaxproducts,particularlytheiraestheticproperties;(3)adjustingprocessingmachineryformaximumefficiencyincleaning;and(4)relatingshivecontenttoend-productqualityandprocessingefficiency.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofshivesinrettedflax.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
