【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,packagingandlabellingofspinnersandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasspinnersofcategory1andcategory2inEN14035-2andwhicharecontainedinaprimarypack.Itisnotapplicabletospinnerscontainingreportcomposition.Itisnotapplicabletospinnerscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedasmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,spinnersareclassifiedasfollows:—Briefdescription:tubeortubescontainingpyrotechniccomposition,andwithaerofoilsattached;—Principaleffects:rotationandascent,withemissionofsparksand/orflames,withorwithoutauraleffect.SchemesfortypetestingofspinnersandbatchtestingofspinnersarespecifiedinAnnexAandAnnexBrespectively.
