【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofaircraftmovementequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:-aircrafttractorswithdriveraccommodation;-pedestriancontrolledaircraftmovementequipment;-moveablepartsoframpintegratedsystems;-attachmentbars,usedforalloperations,utilizingaircraftmovementequipment,e.g.:-pushback;-maintenancetowing;-dispatchtowing(operationaltowing).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-groundpowerinstallationsonaircrafttractors;-fixedrampinstallationsoframpintegratedsystems(fixedtrack);-specialtowingequipment(e.g.forrecovery).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoaircraftmovementequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
