【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversstructuralcementitiouspanels.Structuralcementitiouspanelsarenon-combustible,waterdurable,fiberreinforcedinorganiccompositepanelsintendedforuseasstructuralpanels.Structuralcementitiouspanelscanbeusedasfloor,roofandwallsheathingwhenfastenedtosupportsspacedinaccordancewiththeappropriatespanrating.1.2Thisspecificationdefinesminimumperformancerequirementsforstructuralcementitioussheathingpanelswithrespecttostructuralperformance,dimensionalstabilityperformance,dimensionaltolerance,noncombustibility,surfaceburningcharacteristics,long-termdurability,waterdurability,moldresistance,density,momentcapacityandbendingstiffness.1.3Thisspecificationalsodefinesapolicytoassureon-goingproductqualitybydetectingchangesinpanelpropertiesthatmayadverselyaffectpanelperformance.Requiredauditsofqualityactivitiesbyathirdpartyqualityassuranceagencyarealsodefined.1.4Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedforuseasaguideincaseswhereexperimentaldeterminationofheatofcombustionisnotavailableandcannotbemadeconvenientlyandwhereanestimateisconsideredsatisfactory.Itisnotintendedasasubstituteforexperimentalmeasurementsofheatofcombustion.Table1showsasummaryfortherangeofeachvariableusedindevelopingthecorrelation.Themeanvalueandanestimateofitsdistributionaboutthemean,namelythestandarddeviation,isshown.Thisindicates,forexample,thatthemeandensityforallfuelsusedindevelopingthecorrelationwas779.3kg/m3andthattwothirdsofthesampleshadadensitybetween721.4and837.1kg/m3,thatis,plusorminusonestandarddeviation.Thecorrelationismostaccuratewhenthevaluesofthevariablesusedarewithinonestandarddeviationofthemean,butisusefuluptotwostandarddeviationsofthemean.Theuseofthiscorrelationmaybeapplicabletootherhydrocarbondistillatesandpurehydrocarbons;however,onlylimiteddataonnon-aviationfuelsovertheentirerangeofthevariableswereincludedinthecorrelation.Note48212;TheproceduresfortheexperimentaldeterminationofthegrossandnetheatsofcombustionaredescribedinTestMethodsD240andD4809.ThecalorimetricmethodscitedinNote4measuregrossheatofcombustion.However,netheatisusedinaircraftcalculationsbecauseallcombustionproductsareinthegaseousstate.Thiscalculationmethodisbasedonnetheat,butacorrectionisrequiredforcondensedsulfurcompounds.TABLE1MeanandStandardDeviationoftheVariablesVariableMeanStandardDeviationAromatics,volume%
